ABOUT
Grand Artistry Inspires, envisions equitable access to, and participation in, arts-based events and programs throughout the State of New Jersey for all to achieve their best health. As a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization, Grand Artistry Inspires, Inc. harnesses the transformative power of the arts to unlock opportunity for all to improve connection, wellbeing, community, and resilience.
The mission of Grand Artistry Inspires, Inc. is to:
1. Confront inequities in arts-based programming to equitably direct resources across communities;
2. Activate and transform public spaces into vibrant community hubs for live arts performances and arts education;
3. Address community health needs by connecting individuals to health and social support services

EVENTS
SATURDAY: This free, public event welcomes all ages—families, youth, adults, and the young at heart—to experience a full day of performances, roller skating, skateboarding, creativity, and community.

GRAND ARTISTRY DANCE MASTER CLASSES
Grand Artistry Inspires, Inc. works with high schools to deliver master classes that enhance students' performance skills through hand-on exercises, and exposes students to active professional artists, many who have worked on Broadway, alongside celebrities, or at prestigious events.

For the second year in a row, a lineup of remarkably skilled skaters and artists will showcase their unique talent at the Jam N Skate Arts Fest to promote physical activity and creativity. The visionary leader of this one-of-a-kind festival, Esira Castillo, who also has the distinction of being an incredible performing artist believes “all individuals deserve to achieve their best health.”
The Jam N' Skate Arts Fest took center stage on Saturday, offering an unforgettable day packed with artistic performances, live music, delectable cuisine, exhilarating skateboarding displays and lessons, and much more. Attendees were treated to an array of event highlights, including captivating live performances that showcased the wealth of local talent. Grooving to the beats of diverse musical acts kept the energy high throughout the day.

Your donation will help us provide free arts-based education, entertainment, and programming to underinvested and overburndened communities disproportionately composed of African-American and Hispanic or Lanito/a/x populations. Esira Castillo (Esi) is the visionary Founder, Executive, and Artistic Director of Grand Artistry Inspires, leading with creativity, passion, and a commitment to community. She curates transformative arts experiences that celebrate culture, inspire artists, and ignite audiences, making every festival, workshop, and performance a vibrant celebration of artistic expression.
Corynna Limerick
Chief of Staff & Executive Assistant
Corynna plays a key role in supporting organizational strategy, operations, and executive leadership. She partners closely with the Executive & Artistic Director to coordinate initiatives, manage priorities, and strengthen internal systems that help bring the organization’s artistic vision to life.

Street Styles Lead & Artist Relations Coordinator
Wiz oversees street styles programming and leads artist recruitment and engagement for festivals and community events. A seasoned dance educator and community leader with over seven years of experience, he brings deep cultural knowledge and strong connections to New Jersey’s street dance community to support vibrant, inclusive programming.
Fenley Lamothe " Aries"
Street Styles Dance Battle Coordinator
Aries curates and manages dance battle programming while supporting artist engagement and community participation. A professional street dancer with over twelve years of experience performing, teaching, and hosting competitions nationwide, Aries brings deep expertise and a passion for creating high-level, safe, and inspiring spaces for dancers of all ages.
Kurby Brown
Roller Skating Program Advisor
Kurby offers advisory support for the festival’s roller skating segments. With strong ties to the roller skating community, he helps identify skilled skaters and potential partners, facilitating meaningful connections that strengthen and expand skating programming. His guidance and community insight play a key role in creating engaging, authentic roller skating experiences for festival audiences.
Sandra Bryson
Roller Skating Competition Coordinator
Sandra bringing decades of experience and deep cultural knowledge to the festival’s skating competitions. A globally recognized skater and lifelong mentor, she has taught and inspired generations of skaters and continues to give back through instruction, competition leadership, and community-based skating initiatives.
Janae Hemmings
Audience Engagement & Event Support
Janae brings vibrant energy and a warm, engaging presence to each festival experience. She energizes and connects with audiences while providing on-site event support, helping ensure a welcoming atmosphere and smooth event operations from start to finish.
Stella Daly
Social Media Intern
Stella is social media and public relations Montclair State University student with a passion for writing, content creation, and photography. She plays a key role in supporting organizational activities related to social media content creation and media support.
Clara Villalona
Wardrobe and Costumes Assistant
Behind every vibrant costume and dazzling theatrical wardrobe at Grand Artistry Inspires events is Clara’s touch—each careful stitch, shimmering stone, and precise hem. Her artistry brings our vision to life, and we are truly grateful for her dedication to wardrobe construction and maintenance.

Korin is a painter artist who has worked with Grand Artistry Inspires since the organization's inception. Her colorful paintings on event scenery and decor create a vibrant and energetic ambiance, a core element of our events aesthetic.
